Originally, I learned Shaolin and Taichi style from my master in China; when I came back I was allured to the style of Wingchun and started to learn. Originally, I traded my knowledge of Shaolin and Taichi for the knowledge of Wingchun, then I learned from a real master who turned out to be the great-student of master Bruce Lee. I did not practice forawhile, but now I picked it back up and practice every week, so if you are interested in practicing with me please let me know. In the picture is Bruce Lee and his master Ip Man if you haven't seen the movie, go watch it and you will not regret it.

Went to Venice Canal yesterday, a place I'm really familiar with. Haven't chilled with all the Venice friends for quite awhile, but it's all good you guys are not forgotten. Just finished my midterms today, but still have tons of work to do, need to focus and survive this quater then summer will come.

First time updating using my phone camera, but pic came out to be blurry, will do better next time.

Discovered a pretty good Thai restaurant on University Ave, the place is nice and the food is pretty good; finally a decent restaurant near campus.

I ordered pineapple fried rice, loved it.

Leslie ordered boat noodle soup, not bad.

I have midterms coming up so I better update this sucker before I get busy. This pic of the aggresive looking GRB is a courtesy from Noriyaro. Probably one of the sickest GRB I've seen, although I not a fan of that wing, but overall, WIN.

Sitting in my room bored and tired, school has been stressful I just want to get through with this quater and let the summer come. I'm done with my car for right now, which make me realize that we as car enthuasiasts put so much time and money on our cars just hoping that it will turn out to be right. If only Cali doesn't have all these gay rules, we would probably all drive some crazy cars, like this GT porsche. Anyways, enough with the daydreaming, time to nap then homework, then class again!

31.2

I remember when I first got my Subie on the dealer description it says this car gets 21 mpg city and 27 mpg freeway; but when I first drove it out of the dealer, it was getting around 18. This pic was taken by Marc a couple of months ago when we went to cars & coffee, the mpg hasn't gotten better, just earlier today it was 23.1. But after work today, I decided to take the 57-71-60 back to Riverside, all of a sudden the mpg started rising like crazy, it went from 23.1 all the way up to 31.2! I was so shocked the whole way back I just kept my eyes on the mpg indicator lol. Anyways, after I got back to Riverside the final mpg was 30.6. I kid you not, I have pix on my phone to prove it. Anyways, early morning class tomorrow so I'm going to sleep early, peace!

Wednesday Meet Continues

Ben's Evo IX.

Jordan's WRX, love the white on white styling.

Chris's Subie with all Bride interior even the doors and backseats!

Sick G35 needs a car wash, but it's all good.

BOV went off right in front of a cop, gotta be careful bro.

The usual suspect, Victor's beast Evo X.

Very nice Evo with one of my favorite wheels Advan RGIIs.

Epic night at the Wednesday Meet, it turned out better than our expectations. Thanks to everyone for showing up and support the meet, we will have to do this more often. Also, because of the lighting and lack of tripod, the picture quality isn't very good.

School Equals Stress

This was awhile back, both cars are in progress now.

I got home yesterday and pretty much just slept until this morning, this is all because of the lack of sleep from all the school work. Woke up today feeling better, so I'm going to head out for lunch with Marc later and then pick up some parts for my car.

Ip Man

I just finished this movie today and let me just say this is by far the best movie so far this year, need I say more?

Fast and Furious 4

Well, I went to see Fast and Furious 4 last week, and honestly if you are not really a fan of the past three movies then I don't think this one will excite you very much. Personally, I give the movie a seven out of ten, because it does pass for a good movie, especially compare to all the other terrible movies that are out right now. So if you don't have anything to do, go to the theater and check out the movie.

Progress...

This is going to be a big step for my car, I'm upgrading most of my stock internal, pistons, rods, crankshaft. Even though the parts are from an used WRX engine, but I made sure they were in good condition. So now all I need to do is take it to Subie specialist HB Speed to get all this work done. Also, minor change on the exterior look, you guys will soon find out.

Happy Birthday Marc!!!

Marc's birthday today, even though I have to go back to R today, but I just wanna give a BIG shout out for my homie Marc, and if I have enough money I will seriously buy him a S2K lol. But hope you are having a good time, and I shall see you soon.

Happy Birthday Ben!!!

Yesterday was homie Ben's birthday, had a good time with the homies at the BBQ, once again happy birthday man.

Happy Birthday Jake!!!

My homie Jake's birthday today, I will see you soon man, happy birthday again.

The Grandaddy of All

I was reading Super Street today and I came across an article about RB26DETT, and this made me realize something that has been happening nowadays; people don't give credits where credits are due. I hear many people on forums say that Nissan Skylines are "fanboy" and "overrated" simply because they were featured in the movies that they disliked, which is really unfair for this super car. I agree with Super Street that saying the RB26DETT is the grandaddy of all JDM motors is merely an understatement. And for those of you that think it's an insane car, the anwer would be YES, it is just as good as you imagined; if not even better. So next time when you open your mouth to bash on a Nissan Skyline, think again because we all need to grow up sometimes.

JUN Tuned 08 GRB STi

I truly love this car; JUN kept it simple but made it more beasty under the hood. Also, this is a very nice rolling shot which is on the cover of the new Super Street.

Sorry for uploading these pix so late, I got caught up with finals and work last quater. But we are going to resume the meet next week, it might be a monthly meet from now on.
